A range of shipping options are available depending on how quickly you need your products. Simply select ‘Standard’ or ‘Express’ delivery at checkout. You can check the status of your order at any time on your account page. A summary of shipping options appears below:

Orders over A$150

• STANDARDshipping: Free
• EXPRESSshipping: A$20

Orders under A$150

• STANDARD shipping: A$20
• EXPRESS shipping: A$30

Please note:

• Shipping times can vary for remote areas.
• All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
• We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
• The currency shown during Checkout is based upon the delivery address that you enter at checkout. (AUD for Australia and New Zealand).
• Any orders may be subject to Customs duty and taxes upon import. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages. Local import duties and taxes are levied by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority.
• Goods imported to New Zealand may be subject to duty and GST. For further information, please refer here.
• *Working days: We can dispatch orders on working days only. Working days are Monday to Friday. Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend. For example, if you place an Express order on Saturday your order will be dispatched on the next working day which is Monday.
